Picking up right where Volume 2 left off, stories include “I Married a Monster” and “The Brain Pirate of the Inner World,” battles with Cheetah (her first Silver Age appearance) and Giganta, and Wonder Girl in her first starring role! Also includes the origin retold, a Wonder Woman/Supergirl battle, and an early mention of a comic book shop and comic collecting. Issue #177 is the last in this early run to depict Wonder Woman in costume! In issue #178, the "new" Wonder Woman loses her costume and adventures as Diana Prince until issue #203, as she tackles more of a hip "James Bond" role.
