Grade and natural character
V4 uses Special Rustic Oak for Urban Nature's deliberately aged surface: strong natural variation is combined with distressing, hand-scraping and cross-sawing. Exact knots and tonal character vary board to board.

Pack contents: 16 Boards - 8 x Left & 8 Right Hand Blocks Within Pack. Pack coverage: 1.2m².
Flooring is supplied by the full pack. Where shorter split lengths are included, they form part of the sealed pack contents.
Warranty and ordering
V4's guarantee is conditional on correct supply, fitting and maintenance to its current guides, including UFH rules. It is given to the expert supplier/installer rather than directly to the householder; statutory rights are unaffected.
