V4 publishes Silver Sands as AB Rustic Oak but does not define this combined label in its public grade FAQ. Do not silently convert it to AB Select/Nature or CD Rustic.

Warranty and ordering
V4's guarantee is conditional on correct supply, fitting and maintenance to its current guides, including UFH rules. It is given to the expert supplier/installer rather than directly to the householder; statutory rights are unaffected.
