Miracle Jewellery was established in 1946 by A Hill & Co in Birmingham. In 1969 - 1980 they had a small factory in Coldstream in Scotland. In 213 the production moved to Cornwall and it is now owned by St Justin. It became a leading brand for Celtic, Irish, and Scottish-style costume jewellery, famously imitating antique Victorian agate and Cairngorm designs using pewter, cut crystals, and Bohemian glass. 
This an older piece probably around late 60 s it is lovely and heavy with a long chain and a great vintage piece
