Morrells D3 PVA Wood Flooring Adhesive
Morrells D3 Wood Flooring & Wood Adhesive is a professional one-component PVA emulsion adhesive developed for bonding timber, engineered wood flooring, decorative laminates and general woodworking applications.
Offering a fast setting time, excellent bond strength and D3 water resistance, it is ideal for engineered flooring tongue and groove joints, pine sliver repairs, joinery and furniture manufacture.

Open times will vary depending on timber species, temperature, humidity and workshop conditions.
Bonding Conditions
- Adhesive, timber and ambient temperature should be at least 20°C.
- Timber moisture content should not exceed 12%.
- Ensure all bonding surfaces are clean, dry and accurately prepared.
Application
- Ensure all bonding surfaces are clean, dry and dust free.
- Apply the adhesive evenly using a brush, roller or serrated glue spreader.
- Assemble the components within approximately 15 minutes.
- Clamp or press the workpieces together until the adhesive has cured.
- Remove excess adhesive before it dries.
- Allow the bonded components to fully cure before machining or heavy loading.
