Grandia II - Sega Dreamcast

Grandia II is a Sega Dreamcast RPG from Game Arts featuring Ryudo, a hired protector drawn into a conflict surrounding Valmar, the God of Darkness. Its battle system blends real-time flow with turn-based command decisions, giving the adventure a distinct pace among Dreamcast role-playing games.

• Cleaned, tested, and guaranteed to play. The disc play surface is in nice condition.
• The story follows Ryudo as he escorts a young priestess through a ceremony meant to stop Valmar’s rebirth.
• Combat is highly customizable, combining timing, positioning, and command-based strategy rather than simple menu selection alone.
• The fully 3D world includes hundreds of characters to interact with across towns, environments, and story scenes.
• Features real-time 3D graphics plus over 20 minutes of high-resolution CG sequences.

The Dreamcast release is also associated with an additional Grandia II music CD selected by composer Noriyuki Iwadare, making its original configuration notable among console RPG releases of the era.
