Bona Gap Master Flexible Wood Floor Gap Filler is a silicon-free, acrylic-based sealant designed for sealing perimeter gaps around skirting boards, thresholds and expansion joints in wood flooring.
Supplied in a convenient 310ml cartridge, Bona Gap Master remains permanently flexible, helping accommodate the natural movement of timber floors. Once fully dry, it can be overcoated with Bona lacquers and is available in a range of colours to complement most wood flooring.

Preparation
- Ensure all joints are clean, dry and free from dust.
- Remove any loose material before application.
- Select the closest colour match for the flooring.
- Mask adjacent surfaces if required for a cleaner finish.
Application
- Load the cartridge into a standard sealant gun.
- Cut the nozzle to the required bead size.
- Apply a continuous bead into the joint.
- Smooth the sealant immediately using a suitable finishing tool.
- Remove masking tape before the product skins over.
- Allow to dry fully before applying Bona lacquer where required.
